Paper Pro is a local-first desktop application. We prioritize your privacy by ensuring that your sensitive business data stays under your control.
Database: All your billing, inventory, and purchase data are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. We do not have access to this data.
Google Drive Integration: If you enable "Cloud Backup," our application will request access to your Google Drive's appDataFolder. This is a special, hidden partition where only Paper Pro can store and retrieve its own backup files. We do not access any of your other personal files or folders on Google Drive.
The information we collect (only your Google account refresh token if backup is enabled) is used strictly to facilitate the automated backup service. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties.
