Terms of Service for Paper Pro

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business, retail, and hardware billing purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy & Tax Compliance: You are entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the Software. The Software assists with generating invoices, providing HSN lookup, and summarizing GSTR-1/3B data, but you are strictly liable for validating GST calculations before any official business use or tax filing.
• Financial Transactions: The Software provides features to generate UPI QR Codes for payment collection. You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct UPI ID, VPA, and Payee Name are configured. The developer is not liable for any misdirected funds, failed transactions, or incorrect amounts processed.
• Data Backup: While the Software provides a robust Google Drive backup feature, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent backups of your critical business inventory and financial data.
• Compliance: You must use the Software in accordance with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding invoicing, stock keeping, and financial reporting.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its source code, UI/UX design, and original logic content, is and will remain the exclusive intellectual property of the developer (Shihab Rahman).

4. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; financial losses; misfiled taxes; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this Software.

5. Google Drive Integration

Use of the optional Google Drive backup synchronization feature is subject to Google's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, API changes, data loss, or security breaches occurring within the Google ecosystem or due to account suspension.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software features (such as updates or continuous cloud integration) at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides (India), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time with future updates.
