By downloading or using Paper Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your business or personal billing needs.
You acknowledge that Paper Pro stores data locally and uses Google Drive for optional backups. While we provide a "Zero-Server" backup solution with a 5-second timeout safeguard, we are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, internet disruption, or improper use of the application.
The application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Paper Pro is a tool for GST billing, but you are responsible for ensuring your business stays compliant with all local tax laws and regulations.
In no event shall Paper Pro be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.
